蒋玖川，副教授，硕士生导师，中国计算机学会高级会员，入选江苏省“333高层次人才工程” 中青年科学技术带头人，南京财经大学“高端人才支持计划”学科领军人才。2019年博士毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学计算机科学与工程学院，导师为安波教授。在人工智能、社会网络、数据挖掘、多智能体系统方面开展了大量工作。现担任国际期刊Frontiers in Physics (SCI期刊)、Global Economics Science编委，担任国际机器学习领域顶级会议ICML以及NeurIPS领域主席(Area Chair)并长期担任国际人工智能/机器学习领域顶级会议如AAMAS、IJCAI、AAAI、ICLR、ECAI等的程序委员会委员。在包括IEEE TPDS、IEEE TSMSC: Systems、IEEE TCYB、IEEE TCSS、ACM TIST、ACM TAAS、KDD、AAMAS等人工智能、数据挖掘相关领域的国际顶级期刊、会议上发表文章50余篇（IEEE/ACM Transactions近20篇），其中SCI收录40余篇。主持包括国家重点研发计划课题及子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家社会科学基金一般项目、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目、教育部产学合作等国家、省部级项目以及横向课题多项，另参与多项国家自然科学基金（重点）项目。相关成果分别获得2020年江苏省科学技术奖、2020年吴文俊人工智能自然科学奖。所取得的相关研究成果入选中国计算机学会发布的中国计算机科学技术发展报告白皮书。相关研究成果被集成于大宗商品电子商务市场综合服务平台，现已经在包括多家大型交易中心和和交易清算中心等监管机构进行应用。
Jiuchuan Jiang is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Information Engineering, Nanjing University of Finance and Economics. In 2019, he received his PhD degree in computer science from Nanyang Technological University, where he was supervised by Prof. Bo An. His research interests include artificial intelligence, multiagent systems, and social networks. He has published over 50 papers at premier conferences and journals, including KDD, AAMAS, IEEE TPDS, IEEE TSMSC: Systems, IEEE TCYB, IEEE TCSS, ACM TIST, and ACM TAAS. He serves as Area Chairs for top conferences such as ICML and NeurIPS, and he also regularly serves as program committee members/reviewers for premier AI conferences such as AAAI, IJCAI, AAMAS, ICLR, and ECAI. He has won the 2020 Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Award and the 2020 Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Award.
